Our extremely popular Muscle Soak was formulated in collaboration with our families Medical Massage Therapist as well as our Chiropractor. I have taken the best of the best essential oils of arnica, eucalyptus, helichrysum, peppermint, wintergreen, clove, lavender, rosemary and Roman & German chamomile and combined them with epsom and pink Himalayan salts. 1 cup of this mix to a warm/hot bath and soaking for 20 minutes is the perfect followup to your workout, game or general aches & pain. It is also the perfect soak for those awful Covid/Flu aches!
Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt & essential oils of: arnica, eucalyptus, helichrysum, peppermint, wintergreen, clove, lavender, rosemary, Roman & German chamomile.
Product Usage: Add 1 cup (or up to 2 cups depending on pain rating) of mix to a warm/hot bath & soak for 20 minutes. Perfect post workout or game soak.
Other uses: at the beginning or end of what may be a long day to relax, unwind & let the stress soak away!
